Highscores formula changed

The formula for calculating PPI rankings has been modified slightly.

As a result, all % rankings have changed.

The highscores formula has been modified again, in recognition of the low highest percentages being awarded.

Nobody is worse off relative to anyone else with the new formula, but everyone is awarded a higher PPI score overall.

Each users PPI is also now shown on their personal profile page.
