I like icons same as everybody, but the number of icons (smiley ones) are starting to cause a potential problem.
When I went to open the "make a new post" page (or whatever), it didn't open straight away. When I looked, I noticed down the bottom of the screen "15 items remaining.....". It turned out to be all the new smiley icons.
If we are concerned about people not being able to download the games because of various restrictions, maybe we need to think about those same people who will not post now that it takes so long to open the compose post page.
It would also add to their download amounts, not by much, but a bit. If there are 30k of icons on the page, for example, I have posted over 600 posts...which means I have downloaded an extra 1.8 meg of stuff!!!
It doesn't worry me personally (I have unlimited downloads anyway)....but not everyone has that luxury.
