New Game Idea - "Pirate Cove"

G'day folks, it's been a while, sorry about that!
OK, here comes another beauty from the "House of Swank"
Pirate Cove

Standard Icons - 9,10,J,Q,K,A
Fancy Icons - Pirate, Treasure Map, Gold Coin, Deserted Island, and how about a Buxom Wench!
Scatters - Parrot (with patch over one eye!)
Substitue - Jolley Roger Flag

Now the substitute, substitutes for everything, including scatters.

What the hey, 3 scatters brings up free spins, of which you win, aahh lets say 13, to be different.

During free games, all credits are doubled.
If you get the substitue in a winning combination, that times 5!

Get 3 parrots free spins a retriggered.

Spin up a Union Jack Flag however, and the good guys have arrived and take away 3 of your hard earned spins, those pesky British!

It's as easy as that!

Not bad at all. I imagine that the Union Jack would only be available in the feature, and only on, say, reel 5 ...otherwise you could lose your games awfully fast.

Although it would take a hell of a lot of work, perhaps you could have a series of options for the Union Jack, in which case you could have more of them...
1. you capture the British frigate, current win is doubled;
2. you sink the British frigate, bonus spins are added
3. you fight the British frigate to a draw, nothing happens
4. you lose to the British frigate, lose 3 free spins

If you are going to have a "game stealer" in your feature, it may be better to have more games to start with though.

Personally, I would have made the Treasure Map the feature trigger (after all, if ya find Treasure Maps, you are going to get treasure, hopefully).

Only problem is that there IS a commercially available game based on pirates. From memory though, your suggestion is far enough away (specially with the above mods) so that there wouldnt be a problem with copyright.

Great idea though. Good work. Now to see if Admin and the team like it too.

I was thinkin Jolley roger that triggers the feature, Can't remember what I said triggers it origionaly.
Mainly cause i like the idea of bein the bad guy for a change, hence the British stealing your free games.
But all the other ideas you had were great....

Very true. I am trying to find a picture/description of it....

Their website shows no matches if you type in either "Pirates Cove" or "Pirate's Cove"....which makes it harder to find out exactly what it is about...although I doubt it would have the complexity of the suggestion above.

hmmmm. name change for the suggestion might be in order...
