Hello to all you pokiemagic playa's. How are you all? good I Hope /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/4-sunshine.gif

Anyway I've got a little suggestion that you might be interested in (or not) but any here it goes.

I thought about a front-end (i think that what there called) that when u open it, it brings up a screen that list all the pokiemagic games that you have installed and it will also show you screenshot (if you have made them) of that game and it could also show all your stats as well and maybe you could even chuck in the option of upgrading a particular version of the game (if you know what I mean.

I got this Idea from a program I've got called GBAFront. It's a rom management program I use to manage and play my backup gameboy advance games.

So oneday when I was using it, it jus' clicked that maybe it would be great if I could used this kind of system to manage and play my pokiemagic games.

What do you all think?

This is not really a new suggestion Symo, the front end has been in development since the beginning of the year, just not very successfully.

Well i hope you work out the bugs as such cause it would be a good idea. i find it hard to keep up with the updates!

A front-end interface wouldn't keep you up to date with updates.

It would just allow you to select any of the games to play from one easy location, rather than having 26 odd icons...they would all be incorporated into one big interface.

Instead of having all the icons on my desktop, I have created a new folder on the desktop, renamed it PM and dragged all the icons into it. Now they are only one click away and I have a clean (well relatively) desktop. /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif

This is also the default behaviour of the superinstall program, all icons are sent to one folder which can then be dragged to the desktop.
