Any existing customers who would like to vouch for the orders/receiving process please do so in this thread. We endeavour to ship orders (non credit card) as soon as is possible. Credit card orders do receive registration codes within a few minutes, but some people are uncertain about using credit cards online - if you have had a positive sales experience please post here.

To all potential Pokie Magic purchasers, I have purchased all the available games, some via credit card and some via electronic transfer. When I purchased the games via credit card, I received the registration code within a few minutes of placing the order... no problems with the billing on the card either!! I also placed an order via electronic transfer for a couple of the games and again I received the registration code within 24-48 hours of placing the order. If you have a concern with using a credit card, then I would recommend an electronic transfer from your bank account. I first purchased my games over 18 months ago. I did this by using my bank to direct transfer the money to the Pokie Magic company.
I had my codes within minutes of them confirming my payment. I didnt request a disk (I used downloads instead) but I understand from several friends that there is no problems in the delivery of this.

There was no hassle, no fuss, just codes and great games.

Fantastic aftersales service, and ongoing upgrades. They actually LISTEN to feedback and take onboard suggestions and advice too!!

I agree with all comments above. I have purchased games via the internet and also by post. After saving enough money to purchase a games package, I forwarded a cheque to the Pokie Magic team and requested that the registration codes be e-mailed to me.

I received the requiste codes within 2 days.

Wheneven I have had a problem with my games I have received advise within a couple of hours. The problems were always solved.

I highly recommend this site to anyone who loves to play the pokies but does not want to loose money.

I am only a 'new kid on the block' here at Pokie Magic. I saw an advertisement and sent away a cheque. and a couple of days after received my codes and then an express post mail with my CD. I have made subsequent purchases for games via cheque and once I advised by email my cheque was sent I got a reply email with my codes.

I use my Credit/Debit card every time I purchase a PM game. I've always received my codes within 5 minutes and never, ever had a problem with billing, etc. The transaction always turns up on my bank statement exactly as promised.

I cannot recommend the PM site and staff highly enough!!!

I would like to add the fantastic service if you loose your codes eg wipe the email - I have done this, emailed support@pokiemagic.com & have received the codes within an hour.

Other sites I have waited for over 24 hrs to receive any response.
