Newsletter???

Hi guys. I am working on getting my website back online, devoted purely to Pokie Magic.

I was thinking of including a newsletter, updated fortnightly, about everything Pokie Magic.

I would appreciate some ideas for inclusions, whether you think it is a good idea or just a waste of time, what you think SHOULDNT be included....stuff like that.

The first draft has listed all the latest versions of games, the major enhancements to recent games and other news I know of.

Oh, I plan to try and give credit in the newsletter to people who suggest ideas that are then incorporated into the games....such as Chuck suggesting the Bankers stash be increased to 12000 and Sades asking for the current high score to be displayed..

Greg what a great idea.

Maybe you could do a piece on the battle for No. 1 position or a player profile.

Or maybe a tips page on how to obtain No. 1 position - for instance only play those games where the current leader is higher than you and beat their score. /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

an interesting concept mate,if ya have time to devote to it then albeit,sounds like an interesting read.

maybe have a profile on a different player each week,maybe even a FAQ section answering what has been asked so far and fixed.

Website is not up yet. Still finalising the domain and a couple of other things....AND trying to put together a first draft of the newsletter, update all my game pages, stuff like that.

The questions I just put up will mainly be standard, like name s and posts and things like that.

there may be some specials, but nothing personal.

I have avoided age, weight, marital status, stuff like that, mainly because it is nobody elses business...*grin*

i like the idea of a newsletter - get to know the team who put together these games would be good - especially if don't get much time to get onto the forum to chat i sure everyone knows but unlike me i don't get much time so to have it all summarized what is going on it a newsletter would be good

Admin has a copy of the proposed first draft, Tanya. Once he comes back to me with a go/nogo, then I can continue.

It will be incorporated into my Pokie Magic website, which I HOPE will be up and running in the next couple of days. I have the pages done already.
