Have posted thoughts in the past about how to introduce a
skill factor to make the playing of the games more competitive-based on a something other than the ability to
play the games fast and often by having a fast computer or computers and high power graphics cards. The design of
the games similar to real world pokies precludes the
skill factor inclusion, so another way has to be thought of.
How about doing what occurs in amateur sports like golf and
bowling, the handicap. The PPI would be even more complicated to compute as I'm not sure how to establish
the handicap, but it could be based on 'past' performance
as it is in bowling leagues and golf clubs. Have heard
from Admin about the complexity of computing the PPI, this
should really blow up the complexity, but it would be
a way to level the playing field - for the general folks
who have an older computer that is not easy to upgrade.
Just a thought!
