To celebrate the new versions, the highscores have just been reset. All version 16.8 games are affected.

Please attempt to send a score from a game other than ED1SE (but still a version 16.8 game) as it will be an excellent test for the general reset March 31.

- Accidental overpays are now more difficult. It seems that from the very first version the logic to check that you had enough dollars to afford a feature on the first two lines of safes was omitted for second feature choices onwards. Nasty.

Admin, in Bankers Bullion 5 reel, I have my countdown timer set to "1", but it is still starting at 4 and counting down.

More information....this is in the mini-feature when you are building up your stash. Safes drop down, countdown timer appears....starts at "4".

Same happens when safes drop down if you are in a feature...I just checked.

Because the feature is not actually triggered by a timer, in Bankers it works a little differently. You can set the timer to any value except 100 and it will be ignored. If you set the timer to 100, the game will no longer autoselect a feature at $12000. It will instead just keep playing so you can chooose your own.

Bankers Bullion games also don't record their features on the graph, as there isn't much point when you can choose a feature when you like.

Hi Admin, have finally downloaded all the games (was at work today). All are okay except CC5, MT5, ED3 & DD6SE... they come up with invalid page faults. DD6SE downloaded and registered fine last night but I accidentally redownloaded it over the previous one and now it won't open. CC5 opened last night but wouldn't today. I have no viruses on my computer, I used Housecall again today to make sure. The latest saga in Sades games is... I opened the 4 games that I'm having problems with this morning and they all came up with a invalid page fault (DD6SE has a fatal exception error), then when I tried to open them again this afternoon DD6SE and CC5 opened, allowed me to register them and then when I shut them down, CC5 wouldn't open again. DD6SE did but came up with some errors "a critical game file is damaged. Please reinstall this game." and "Please check that you have entered the correct code (copy and paste from the registration email)." After that it came up with a fatal exception OD and shut down. Very puzzling. /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headscratch.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headscratch.gif

Sades this error indicates either that your installation did not complete, or that you have inadvertently installed more than one game to the same folder.

Apparently Telstra think its fun to make ADSL residence transfers difficult. First they put in a whole new order instead of a simple transfer, and then a few days later when they resolved that issue, they activated ADSL at the OLD address again.

And we thought it was not possible to despise Telstra any more than was already the case.

Hate to say this, Sades, but it is sounding more and more like it is your machine... I would suggest that:
a reinstall of your operating system, video and sound drivers, DirectX and anything else you run
is in order.

could be anything, Sades, up to and including bad sectors on your hard drive that only affect those games, a corrupted file that only affects those ones..
