A new game idea i thought about is you have the usual pokie machine layout then to get a special feature have to spell out a word across the screen and the word however many reels the pokie magic (does not have to come on a particular line it comes up scattered) has will give special feature would would be made up of 5 different stages:

1: Pick a barrel you win so many credits

2: You can choose the option of 15 free spins

3: You can choose 7 free spins but there is a multiper in the corner which will and if you get the substitute within the free spin the multiper goes up per spin

4. A feature where the substitute in a game will go from one corner to the other down and across the reels

5. if a seven reel machine the reels 2 - 6 the substitute will come up and can win so many credits from this because they will pay up all over the place and substitute for all lines - 3 free spins for this

There are a number of new games that could be used on the next game that is release3d. The one I played today for real was fun, cant remember the name but you needed 3 tickets to get the main feature and the mini feature was getting 2 parts of a red ball to line up... It was fun....

How long does it take to create a new game ? Must be a lot of work for the creators. Are only updates in the near future or another interesting game ?

Whats the deal with the SE versions, aparrt from registering for a few games ( buying them ) are they any good/better than the normal ones ?

Sorry new and have a lot of questions, sorry if I sound pushy.

(please note I am not a member of the team, I just help out on the forum and run my own Pokie Magic website).
Pokie Magic cannot produce a game that mimics too closely a "real life" pokie game. This is because of copyright on those games, which the developers rightly deserve to have.

Usually Pokie Magic take months to develop a new game, from concept to release, including quite a bit of testing in house and from selected forum members.

Although nobody knows for sure (except the Pokie Magic Team), apparently there are a number of completely new games due for release sometime in the near future. We are all hopeful this will not be too far away, but the team have been flat out getting all the games ready for the April reset of the High Scores...and fixing bugs!!!!

The SE games are pretty much a bonus to people who have bought the games. They are an expansion of the current games, and (from what I have seen) they are also being used to develop the new "V4" (four reels high) engines. At a guess, some of the new games coming later may be using this V4 format, so they need it working right.

Better? that is a matter of personal preference. Some people like the old style 5 reel 20 line format, some prefer the 6 or 7 reel, 30 line format. It depends on your personal taste.

As for being new and sounding pushy....nah!!! Okay, you are new, granted, but ya gotta start somewhere, and finding out stuff in the thousands of posts around here can be confusing.
