Does not matter how frequent you reset ....I will kick your butts at any frequency !

But every leap year is good for me !

I said 6 monthly but then realised that we don't have to redownload each time now, so I'd be happy with quarterly. 6 monthly is good though, to give some people time to catch up... namely ME!! /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Would like to reconsider my vote for the reset frequencies. Voted originally for bi-monthly, would like to change it to monthly. At this point 16 days past reset it is already becoming difficult to better my own scores.

A suggestion assuming a monthly reset, add a high score average monthly position ranking so that after a few months there would be a competition for better average monthly position. Like the 5, 6, 7 reel rankings it could be selected from the high scores page and would provide a goal that makes monthly resets interesting.

Hate to say it Chuck, but will have to agree on this one with you /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I also voted for bi-monthly. I give my games a fair caneing and also finding it hard to better my own scores. So I have also reconsidered my vote to monthly/webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Hiya guys, well I after reading your reasons also wish to change my vote. All I can say is it's early here(I voted yearly, and then thought about the time it is taking to beat my scores /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3doh4.gif)I think quartly would be good.A little hunger for a goal helps keep an adge on things, maybe too frequent would be too easy /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gifEither way I'll keep on trying!!Have a great day /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif

Ill stick with my vote of bi-monthly....i think any sooner than that would be like a kick in the /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/moon.gif for anyone who has persisted with games, taking many spins to get their highscore /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
It also takes 2 weeks after each reset for the scores to settle and have obvious leaders so that you know what scores are there to beat, so personally think monthly is too soon /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Cheers /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

At this point we are leaning towards bi-monthly resets.

We are devising a formula which considers YTD figures for PPI, yet allows the individual game rankings to fluctuate as they will with 6 resets a year.

A side effect of this may mean that all highscores users become visible, even those who have not posted scores.

I voted bi-monthly, happy with that, especially with a new game on a regular basis to try and score on.

Seems like a good idea to me since downloads shouldn't be needed each time /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/16drink.gif
