I'm at work at present so I cannot try this but if you are in free spins mode can you pause the game! I don't think from memory you can and I also think that you cannot save during a free spin feature like I said I stand to be corrected
cheers laurie

YEP laurie you can!! Of course not through the pokie magic game but i dicovered that if you press ctrl, alt, delete....it brings up a little box that shows you what progs are running or not responding etc
Now while that little box is up even if your in the middle of free games it will pause them.... BUT it pauses your whole computer so you cant use the puter for anything else....But it is useful if you need to go the bathroom or to the shops quickly and youve got a heap of free games still to go and dotn wanna miss them /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif when you get back just click cancel on the box and your games will resume.

Please note that there is now a "Pause Game" option available from the Options screen.
This pauses the game, but music will continue playing if you are in the middle of a payout.

Mr Admin, Sir. I just tried your "Pause Game" function in the middle of a feature on my Celeron 600 machine running Windows 98...and got a blue screen of death, followed by the crash and burn of my Pokie Magic game.
I only have about 40 spins left, so I doubt I will be getting the feature again to test it with.

Yes well, your pause was somewhat overdone /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Who, me???? I didn't do it more than 3 times in 20 seconds.
Sheesh....anyone would think it was designed for use occasionally or something.
(being silly here...it IS designed for use occasionally..but you know us acceptance testers, we have to test things until they break).

What I actually meant was it was overdone by the computer /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

LOL. There ya go. Overdone by me AND the computer.
Actually, I have noticed a tendancy for the games to go crash/bang if you try to access the Options (perhaps that should be "Ooptions") menu either in the middle of a spin, pay or feature.
I just decided not to access the options during those times.

LOL. You are welcome Peter. I have done most things computerese during testing of Pokie Magic games....including trying to run six Pokie Magic games at once. The computer REALLY doesn't like that one.

Well i aint tried it yet and after gregs experience dont think i just yet LOL.
Think i will just stick to using... ctrl, alt, del that pauses the whole system so i can go off to the loo and come back and hit cancel on that and my feature then continues lol.

Ann, the pause function works perfectly....so long as you dont activate it, de-activate it, activate it, de-activate it, activate it, de-activate it and activate it again, all in the space of about 15 seconds.
Oh, I also hit the enter key a couple of times and alt>tabbed a couple of times in that time as well.
If you just use it the once to pause so you can go do something, it works just fine.

But I did get another chance to test it, it works fine.

Oh no thats not good. I bought it immediately as i loved it so much...and i still cant get enough of it.
It will work fine when admin uploads the version he's working on now. Current version still resets the spins since feature counter, and after getting right into that it does affect how often you gotta wait to get free spins as it thinks you just got them even though you didnt.
