We need more eyes! We put a lot of effort into making our games 100% original, and we refuse any and all requests to copy other games or their features.

There are however a huge number of new real world titles coming onto the market. As we don't see real pokies very often, we really need people to report to us immediately if any of our games resembles a real pokie (whether ours was released first or not) or whether images or methods (ie feature triggers etc) are similar or the same as real world pokies.

If we unintentionally are too similar to a real game released before ours, we will take immediate steps to remedy the problem. We are changing the licence agreements on all games to ensure that users must compulsorily upgrade their version and remove the old one if there is any question of a breach.

We hope thats all not too heavy - we just want to stay original. You all might be interested to note that another pokie software maker has been approached informally by lawyers representing a real life pokie maker. We are as yet uncertain as to what their intentions really are.

It would be a GREAT way to get publicity though /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Don't go to the pokies anymore Mr Admin so can't help there
but surely you would have little to worry about with the
originality of your games ! I strongly believe your games
help individuals to reduce the money they outlay on games.
Obviously a big threat to the industry if enough people were to find out of the games existence. To hell with them.
I'd happily give evidence in support of your products.
I'd hate to think development of your products would be stifled by the pokie industry <censored>. I'll watch developments
with keen interest !
Cheers
Paul

Well happy to say so far i dont think any of your games resemble to closely the real ones. They are as close as yuo can get without being too close...if you get what i mean lol.
But i will keep on the lookout /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Ditto, Admin. I will definitely be on the lookout. I imagine I can draft Dragon in to assist as well. Hope so anyway, he has a much better memory than I do.
