Once Learnt Never forgotten.
Highlight
Position the mouse pointer at the top left of the 'Text'. Press down the left mouse button and whilst holding it down drag the mouse to the bottom right hand of the 'Text' to copy
Copy
Whilst the mouse pointer is over the highlighted text click the right mouse button and select 'Copy'
[Or use the edit menu at the top left of your browser and select 'copy']
Paste
Create the new post as you would normally. Click where you wish the text to be inserted. Press the right mouse button and select 'Paste'
[Or use your 'edit' menu and select 'paste']

Press alt + print screen on keyboard. Open your paint programme and click edit then paste.
