HP recalls hazardous printer cords

Hewlett-Packard is replacing power cords for several models of inkjet printers because of the risk that the cords could expose people to an electric shock.

Gosh Peter I have got a 1220c printer that matches that list
but it does refer to those specifically sold through a number of outlets. I might contact HP to get the story for
those sold in Australia.
