Forums Upgrade

A forums upgrade is in progress, some things may misbehave for a short while, and when the databases are restructured there will be a brief period of downtime.

The upgrade was successful. A few signature problems are being experienced, but nothing major.

Skype integration is now available for those users choosing to use it.

The forums software has been completely reinstalled. It happened while the forums were running, which was interesting. No downtime was experienced.

All the odd things which have been happening since the March 2006 upgrade should now be corrected. You are also now able to properly change your email/password etc from your control panel and signatures etc should display properly.

The daily 'digest' update emails which are sent out automatically should no longer be sent.

The forums software has been upgraded again.

Most visible changes include:

-> ability to quote multiple posts in your reply.
-> if you have email notification for PM's turned on, you get much more detail in the email.

Theres quite a bit else too.
