Hey anyone who's online. Just finished a major study session for my uni class and had to get on here and slow my brain a little before i can sleep, otherwise i have found that i lose the sex dreams and have boring study dreams instead ROTF ...really its true lol.
Here a success story for admin lol... my dad took me out to tea tonight to say thankyou, 4 weeks ago i told him about your games and him being a pokie freak he brought a few.. now he has not been to a pub or casino to play real ones in 4 weeks as he loves your games.. so far he has saved $1100 by staying home and playing your games!! yup he used to spend 200-300 each friday on real pokies and now instead he was able to buy for mum the new couch she wanted. Your games have also saved me a great deal of money and being really ill lately and not able to get out they have killed alot of boredom. SO THANKYOU ADMIN AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hurray.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kissing.gif

Well just thought i would come add a little more to the success story...but bout myself.
It's now been a little over 6 months ago that i began playing Pokie Magic Games. Before these games i had a $500 a week problem with the real machines...... NOW in 6 months i have only played the real ones twice and that was only when i met peta, and then peter at the casino!! /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Even though Pokie revenue keeps increasing, it looks like the tide of public opinion is slowly turning further and further against the little beasts.

Well admin i dont think the real ones are as good in returns as they used to be years ago! When they first became all the rage the payouts where pretty damn good but that was only to suk us all in and every year the payouts get smaller and smaller, more people are losing their houses, car and family to support their habit. ANd i think there is more awareness to the problem these days.
Not to mention these games make it soooo much easier to get away from the real ones! I used to play the real ones outta boredom and now i can do the same thing at home in comfort without losing money.
Thankyou paul! Im not that much better financially but atleast now most my bills get paid and im not selling stuff to support the habit....unlike 6mths ago.

I used to go to the pokies alot mostly out of boredom it's true they suk alot of people in but thank god I no longer go. This site is amazing we can play all the pokies we want without losing anything /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hurray.gif
I do feel for those people out there who has lost everything a close friend of mine lost sooo much money, house, basically everything she inherited from her mothers passing and its a shame.
Pokiemagic is fantastic /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg
it has been 6 years since i played the real pokies so when i found these pokie magic games i have had a lot more fun you can bet the full $100.00 a hit without worrying about where the next $100.00 is coming from

I was the same with the real pokies, nearly lost my husband,so these PM games really saved me ,I even went to counciling but that didn`t help so after getting my computer aaaand by chance finding the PM site everything is great I can play the pokies when and as often as I like LYN

Thats good news Lyn. I was in a very similar boat, except I was also trying to use a scotch bottle to bail out the water /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif. I've been playing the PM games on and off for about 2 years. I still splurge occasionally but its more like $20 > $50 rather than $1000 /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif. Realisticly (for me) it's been better therapy than any other type I tried (and there were many)

Lyn,,,, I have been with pokie magic about twelve months... prior to that I would be at the venue door 10 minutes before opening to make sure I would get a certain machine.... It would be nothing to lose 800 to 1000 per day... I even hid so my son in law who drives buses would not see me waiting... I have found friendship here , people who understand... and love the games. the games give me the pleasure that I crave when playing the pokies, but I am not losing money.... thanks to everyone...

Well I used to go to the Pub on a Friday arvo after work while BBW was doing overtime and spend anything from $100 to $200 at a pop and do without other things then feel guilty afterwards for spending so much money.
Since pokie magic games I don't do this anymore and even when we go out now I'm not so tempted to go and play the real thing - preferring to play the Pokie Magic Games - the excitement of trying for a bit of lawn or getting a progressive (which I don't seem to be able to do) but its fun trying.
So a big /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/award.jpg to the Pokie Magic team from turning all of us adicts in to PM adicts. /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3rofl3.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3rofl3.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3rofl3.gif

How great it is to know that others have had trouble fighting the demon that takes your money - but the search for the "buzz" is irrisistable. Pokie Magic gives it to you without taking your cash and your esteem.

oh I agree, spending time and money wasted at the real venues unlike here. seeing the $$$ amounts on the games here makes me want to win it for real..BUT we all know that will never happen. casinos are a business.if all would stay away it would go bust and shut down. but there are too many compulsive gamblers and too many denials for that to happen in the short term.congrats on your success story. would be good if it were to happen to many poor lost souls who constantly chase their losses away. It happened to me too. reality bites..cheers /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

These games are great and I for one would rather sit at home playing these than playing the real ones. I find these days when I do go to the club and lose some cash, I always leave there berating myself as to why I didn't just stay at home and enjoy the great PM games I have... at least I keep my self esteem and money when I do that /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

forgive me PM family for I have sinned.. I went to the real pokies tonight. I can say just as it looked like I was heading for the ATM card.. a machine came good!:12cheer: we walked out with about as much as we come in with. We were there for 2 hours ( then had to get the kids to bed!) so that was ok.
I just read a post on another thread the pesron had a bad gambling problem and pokie magic has helped them. I found PM games on a disc at a market, which I then copied and gave to a few people at work( at that time I was working in the real pokies) you have helped more people that you realise. I personally dont have a bad habit. I say.. we can lose $200 ( or whatever) then we go. if we win anthing thats a bonus.:!ban_danc like tonight when I got the PM games I was home with a new born so you also saved my sanity on some days... I have only recently upgraded to buying the games, because I wanted to save some money. which I have done, but I never thought in the process I would find friends- that my new friends is MY jackpot. thank you

It would be interesting to collate "savings" from everyone who owns PM games to see how much has been saved over time.

I love that I can spend time with my family, and then indulge in PM games/chat when they are settled for the night.. Plus it saves countless dollars, and the enjoyment factor is better !! If you can't lose money, then things are great...
And then there is the friendship factor that one cannot put a price on...
For what the PM games cost, the benefits have a far greater value than just the monetary ones....
Cheers, Peter....:hurray: :12cheer: :!ban_danc :15cool: :party2:

Just where do you purchase a 'real pokie'? and is it a real '1 armed bandit'? is there a website.? would love to know!!

i would only spend $100- $200 a fornight or 3 weeks, but I have young kids 6 & 3 so they still take up alot of time. I would guess if Hubby & I had more free time we would go more. As a treat every 6 months or so we go to Albury( AKA pokie heaven) and spend around $300-$400 for a couple days..

They may be a "saving" grace - so to speak.......
We are the same here.. My lot put the brakes on wastefull spending, and it's very rare that I get to play for real...
Cheers, Peter...
