If Ben Cousins were in it, he would not only get the WA vote, but also the entire AFL vote, and as such wouldn't have to be able to dance, they'd just make him the winner!! :23goodjob :23goodjob

his honeymoon with the Judges might be over, but the viewers may keep him in for another couple of weeks - his comedy factor may be his saving grace.

Only saw a few dances kat but did get a look at andrew.. I see hes still being the clown. Did he get voted off:lmaoblue:

Sue@Home
08-11-2006, 07:58 AM
I was really surprised Andrew Gaze got through he should of been voted off, he just looked so radiculise out there on the dancing floor, he just can't get through another week with so many good dancers dancing. Todd was so mean last night, I did really enjoy last nights performance by all the dancers :23goodjob except Andrews.

Lady Bump
08-11-2006, 09:36 AM

Michael@ton
19-11-2006, 11:46 AM
Andrew's had plenty of practise in the media whereas poor young Tamsyn, as good as she is has nowhere near the experiance of putting on a smile for the camera, what Andrew's won something like 4 National Basketball Championships and been the MVP in a few of them.

GO TAMSYN !!!!

:15cool: :15cool: :15cool: :15cool: :15cool: :15cool: :15cool:

Kitkat
19-11-2006, 01:26 PM
Andrew only won the NBL title twice (1993 and 1997) however he won the MVP 7 times during is long career.:thumb:

Kitkat
21-11-2006, 09:14 PM
such a shame that Tamsyn was voted off tonight.

Finale next week between Kouta and Arianne - think Kouta has made the biggest improvement - but hard to say who will win

Lady Bump
22-11-2006, 06:34 AM
Thought Arianne danced well last night was waiting for her dress to fall off though:3rofl3: bit of controversy over Tods comment I see though

Macoz
22-11-2006, 06:57 PM
Yeah...shes a liar and a fraud !

Vote for Kouta !

:3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3:

Patrick

don't know about that some people just have natural skill, she could be like that.

i think you should vote for the best dancer.

Macoz
22-11-2006, 07:01 PM
Ummmm she has been busted bigtime ..... and was exposed earlier today across the country. She had been taking professional lessons up here on the coast a few months ago.

:w7:

Patrick
22-11-2006, 07:06 PM
by a few months does that mean before the competition or during the competition, don't get much of a chance to listen to the radio or watch tv as the kids are always watching play house disney and if it gets turned off world war 3 happens

Kitkat
22-11-2006, 07:07 PM
:3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: Bring back Andrew

The competition is for untrained amateurs. Strictly speaking that is not her.....so she deserves to get the boot

Last night was great :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3:

Gotta love the controversy

Patrick
22-11-2006, 07:15 PM
thats what tv is for, this show thrives on controversy if there isn't any then they don't get the ratings.

but yet again this is like all reality shows in one form or another.

Can't wait for Tuesday night. There was a big article about Arianne in today's paper and apparently someone has a video of her having the dancing lessons (do people carry vid cameras around with them to spring famous people doing things:3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: )

Reckon Todd is going to rip her apart big time .....

Does Kouta win by default:shrug:

Michael@ton
25-11-2006, 06:06 AM
Just a question ????????? Was Kouta in it last time and if so did he get beaten in the finals?????? :HMMSMI~19 :HMMSMI~19 because if the answer is yes to the two questions I have posed then I know that the Vodoo dolls I have been using are working a treat, he won't be able to dance on finals nite once I put the last needle into both of his knees, I've got it in big time for the judges for getting rid of Tamsyn, poor lass, tries so hard at everything and will bounce back, so even if she can't win I'll make sure a lass wins, :R_DEVI~11 :R_DEVI~11 :R_DEVI~11 :R_DEVI~11 , there are many ways to win even if it involves a wee bit of skullduggery that's what the PARROT told me one night, one thing I do know but for sure and certain is that they make videocams that can fit into ones's pocket, no analagy there. They even have swing out screens about 2.54cm squared, TINY hey!

One thing I have learnt Katina, is never to get into a debate about Basketball with you, I cross checked all info on Andrew and even in his time with that first Melbourne team I couldn't find mention of them winning a premiership, and you would have only been about 3 then, 1 thing I do like though is people who take their chosen sport so vividly, that they know the stats on all the players, do you follow the Crocs or Taipans????? (I think that is the names of Cairns and Townsville).

:3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3: :3rofl3:

Kitkat

interesting that you comment on DWTS Monster, I didn't think that you watched reality shows. After all, the girls are scantily clad and children could get the wrong idea of that's how girls should dress:shrug:

As for Kouta and everyone else who appears on the show, the contestants are only able to appear on the show once and not come back for another season. To confirm this, check out the conditions for appearing on reality shows.

:icon_offt yes, I am a basketball fan and do follow one of the teams you mentioned. And it is rather easily to find out information on Andrew Gaze's basketball career. Simply go to google, type in "Andrew Gaze" + "statistics" and you will get his full playing history.

To keep this thread on topic, why don't you start a sport thread, you never know who might be interested in talking about different sports. The Ashes started a couple of days ago and there could be some cricket fanatics wanting to have a chat:thumb:

Idol over for another year and tomorrow night is the big finale for DWTS. Got my bottle of Diet Coke, packet of chips, popcorn and chocolate ready:16bunny: :16bunny: :16bunny: :16bunny:

May the best dancer win and Arianne not suffer any backlash over her previous "dancing" career .....

Macoz
28-11-2006, 05:23 AM
I didn't realise that several of former contestants had pro training like Chris Bath.....so I guess it is no longer relevant that Arianne has had prior training.

Good luck to them both.

Yeah it was a good show Bumpy....Its funny isn't it how the best teams don't necessarily to get to the final and win.

But Kouta seemed to put in a huge effort and his partner was just ...what can I say ... WOW !
