just a suggestion - in the last couple of days we have had the Australian Idol final and tonight the final for Dancing with the Stars. In both instances the winners were announced on the forum.

As there is currently a time difference between southern states and Queensland, could forum members not post the winner in the individual threads and perhaps post the annoucement in the spoilers thread.

This way anyone who wants to know the result can read it here or ignore it they want.:thumb:

Personally I didn't mind finding out who the winner of Idol was earlier but was going to wait to see who the DWTS winner was.

Have to agree with you on this one Kat. Anyone who has read and posted regular in these threads would have seen comments on the time difference and respected the wishes of the said people, who do like to discuss these shows ...
So Yes post the spoilers here and we wont have to worry:thumb:

I for one have been using SPOILERS ALERT in the appropriate Thread, I am sorry if I have caused any grief, but definitely have always made it known to one and all that it was a SPOILERS ALERT, with the appropriate amount of space so that any member would not be able to read the Answer to the Competiton or Show, as of this date, I will now be posting anything that could upset another member any trauma or anxiety , from now on I shall be using this Thread to talk about any Results that would not be known because of time differences, please accept my apologies as they are Heartfelt, :o :o :o.

This thread is used when we have daylight savings when the states are on different times and we are discussing specific shows articles on the forum.
There is no need to attach spoiler alerts in other threads, if everyone is on normal time.

If you feel the need to post a result at 3 in the morning, in the sports thread for example, to have your say on a result/win, fair enough.

Most people read the paper before logging on to the forum or hear on the news/ read on the net, if they are interested on finding a result on any specific event they knew was happening overnight, so theres really no need to add spoilers alert to it elsewhere.

Just thought I'd pop in here to see what people were commenting on to win DWTS, glad I didn't go further back because I certainly don't want to know who the winner is in advance, haven't been watching the other show because I csn't remember when it's on, so too far off now to care

Something different anyway, maybe at the end of one show they come out and do a special or something along those lines, anyon else think it a good idea.... suppose not.

great idea Kaye - I'd love to see all the professionals dance together. Luda is my favourite of the professionals. Will be a close comp. this year between Manu, Lara and Haley

Think Damien is my favourite, he has such a fluent action on the floor, really enjoy watching him as for the women I don"t Hve an opinion on any of them wonder geoffrey didn''t may for Breanne to win hahahaha, was a bit disappointed with Manu (sorry Julie, I'm sure he's your fav.) on the dancefloor although I must admit I didn"t get a chance to see every episode so maybe I missed his best.
