It's impossible to be on that side all your life Sassy, although I'd say they should give you a go at being the Customer Relations Officer, that way you'd be able to show the Real Customers that they are dealing with people, exactly the same as them, you would be the ideal person as you have had a lot of experience of Service to Cutomers and would be able to show them exactly as they should act :thumb:.

On your Hols you would have been a customer, and quite a Respectful One at that as I can tell by your phraseology (????), it's OK to make up your own words isn't it, :laughing::laughing:, but I can tell you something I have learnt the hard one, KARMA, always comes into play in these situations.

Arvo Vonnie and all, :kissing:I have been falling asleep after walking to the top of Mt Macedon and the top of Hanging Rock, the steps up the rock are as big as me, I needed a tow rope, we saw a wallaby and an echidna on our trek. The students are now outside putting the rings and ear tags on the lambs with hubbie.:thumb:
