:15GDAY: and a Happy Hump Day to one and all, :), I could have prattled on for 1/2 an hour and some would have taken offence, I know I would have !!

But a calm Good Morning is so much more effective, really tired last night so I decided it was time for me to go to bed VERY EARLY and wake when the Body Alarm, went off, just so happens that I got exactly 8 hours sleep, 7pm to 3 am. :hurray::hurray:, the only problem with that is I'm not used to it and woke with a really sore back, which is gradually disappainting, :5Thud::5Thud:, never seem to get it exactly right.
