Sue thanks it was a lot of work did get a warning to 3 areas, for the laundry, bathroom and kitchen, will have to do a new bathroom, new kitchen cupboard doors which I will buy a bunnings, new flooring in laundry which I admit is out dated, I have 15 more months to do this. he loved my bedrooms, living, dining and BBQ areas. they are never totally happy there is only about 2 accommodation places in Kyneton that are 41/2 stars.
