Working on it wokkie:lmaoblue: its for another comp... Ill be watching who bribes the judges this time:3rofl3::3rofl3: I always though we started daylight saving the same as nsw.. but Im sure we dont start till next weekend.. I could be wrong..
There was something on the news the other day saying that they wanted to extend it. I personally love Daylight Savings but know a lot who dont. I didnt realise it was this weekend.
Dont blame you about watching the judges. :brow: Want us to vote :3rofl3:
Morning Exalted One...excellent day again...oh I missed it I tell you

Ive seen no mention of it here usually coincided with our long weekend.. who knows guess the powers to be will tell us sometime:lmaoblue: Yes I may want a few votes.. but last time I think they mysteriously vanished on purpose:3rofl3:
A definite case of sabotage there. :lmaoblue:

Morning Jill:wave:.......The 2 shops acquired in 1959 by Myer here.... were separate.... and the shop fronts were in adjoining streets....but backed on to each other by linkways and arcades... and fire doors.... between the Murray street shop and the Liverpool St shop.....and it was the Liverpool St shop which burnt to the ground...they are only now assessing the Murray St damage which seems to be mainly water and smoke.....the structional damage was in question earlier as well though..... Julie I think our daylight saving does start here the end of October

Thanks for that Joan..very informative :thumb:
I wish Olsen...he is just as sore so wouldnt be fun
Morning all :wavey:
Bit of a sleep in for me this morning for a change :lmaoblue:
Glad there is some of Myer left Joan, saw it on the news as well. Like lots of others I thought the whole lot had gone too. They might decide to redo the whole lot anyway in the end, still looked like there was lots of damage by smoke and water and I'm sure they won't just do a redecorate, would look a bit shabby against a new building.
Sorry about your loss Julie, but see you are on top of things again, so that's good to hear (good luck this time). My puter died at 3.30 this morning and I got up to see it all frozen, with a list of virus threats as long as one's arm on the screen - don't know what happened there, seems to have cleared up now I have restarted it :15dunno:
Was promised a fishing trip today, but noone has showed up so guess I'm not going:cry::cry::bawling::bawling: - must be something to do with the wind and rain do you think?:3rofl3::3rofl3:these men are such scaredy cats :lmaoblue::lmaoblue:
Better sh*t up, or I'll be accused of being a chatterbox :3rofl3::3rofl3:

Here I am just thinking about a nannas:3rofl3: Fair pouring here .. had a ripper of a hail storm a minute ago, thought the roof was gonna cave in:hairaiser Think lower vic are supposed to get it as well but they need it over there so dont mind if it retreats in that direction:3rofl3:
Me too Julie, better there than here anytime.:lmaoblue: Sun's trying to break through here and the wind has died down a little, no hail that I saw, could have come through while I was alseep though. Back to work tonight, so hope it settles before then.:hahaha:

Think its supposed to be like this for a couple of days.. was a sudden onslaught last night. I was left twiddling my thumbs:3rofl3::3rofl3:
I went to darts last night and it wasn't a pleasant drive home, hate driving when it's windy and wet, made it in quick time, but hung onto the steering wheel like grim death :lmaoblue::lmaoblue:
Lady Bump
28-09-2007, 11:09 AM
No detours then:3rofl3: Ive just been out chasing the wheelie bin down the crescent.. thats how much force the wind has at present:3rofl3:Thankfully it was empty:3rofl3:
It's just taken a turn for the worse here now, sun has given up, should come down in torrents shortly. Glad I brought a heap of wood in yesterday.:lmaoblue:
Hail just blew through then, 10 sec fizzer.

Have a great day, as is the day b4 the Long Weekend in NSW (Labour Day Weekend) and the beginning of Daylight Saving, here
It looks like I have been given and am passing on the WRONG DATE about Daylight Saving, i apologise to any it might have inconvienced, it certainly has mucked my plans up, but they can be altered to cover the lost Hour, :spin: :spin:. Now I'm really cofused, the Goenment Page says we will be startiung Daylight Saving this Weekend but nothing in the local Paper about it, I had better make some more SERIOUS enquiries.
ENJOY your weekend though, one and all. :!!!icon41 :!!!icon41.
Sorry to be so confusing but the best I can actually find, is we are now closer to falling in line with Tasmania and will start on the first Sunday in October,(http://www.worldtimezone.com/dst_news/dst_news_australia06.html), Alas I am still unsure of the date, but it would appear that Sunday October 7, is the correct date in NSW.
