It depends on whether he (and the entire team, really) enjoy what they are doing with the games or not.

If they do, then it is a bonus for them. If not, then it is a problem.

Yup. I actually enjoy this job....I get a lot less money than I could elsewhere, but I have fun, it is a very very easy job and I get plenty of time to do what I want to do with computers and reading and stuff like that...so it is worthwhile for me...
