Ok i've managed to get through into the creatacious (or wateva its called) feature twice now.........But both times the very instant it finishes it comes up saying something about and error in pokiemagicdinodollars6reel.exe and the game will now shut down. The game does shut down and all my winnings are lost /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif

Mine didn't let me get that far Ann half way through the Jurassic feature it decided to snuff it on me /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/furious.gif

At least I have got that far on the 6 reeler on the 5 so far have had 6 features and only one has given me enough eggs and then I got Ice Age /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

I ain't had a problem with either so far....although I haven't got close to the Cretaceous Feature since getting the new versions...mainly because I am an expert at picking Bad Eggs!!

For Info...a Good Egg moves you on to the next level. A Bad Egg triggers an Ice Age!!

yes tanya l got to the same level on the 5 and 6 and that happen to me as well Cretaceous Feature just after that l get pokiemagic has cause a error and will close down and you lose or your credits it is annoying especially if you only got 1000 spins to use up thought it was form my end so l reformatted my puter and now l lost all my games but cause l am on cable it does not take long to re download them thanks god but it still happen after a reformatt

Hi Greg and Kelvin the 6 reeler has only done it once but then again I have only made it to the thrid level once /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif it is the 5 reeler that is ticking me off we are now up to 7 lots of spins and 1 advance attempt.
Do your job Mr Sheriff go find who stole all the eggs of my game and make em give them back to me /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif

Tanya, the problem is more or less endemic....EVERYONE is having eggs stolen, including the Sheriff and the Judge.

I have heard (a little bird c**pped on my shoulder whilst it was whispering) that restarting the game can make a difference...try it occasionally!!

I play the game till I get 2 lots of spins then go do something else and come back hours later and restart and do that again it isn't helping /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

We have identified a possible cause for the exception errors some people have been having. It has to do with the timer which moves the eggs across the screen (the eggtimer).

It has been corrected and a new version of both games will be uploaded tonight.

In other changes, the green dinosaur is now a different colour, and you need one less egg to move into the Jurassic and Triassic feature selection screens.

Ok first i had this error while just in normal game mode... "Access Violation at address 0040313C in module POKIEMAGICDD6REELS.EXE Read of address FFFFFFFC" But i clicked ok and the game went on playing as usual /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

THen i just got to the end of the Triassic Feautre, picked a ruddy ice age egg and it immediately poped up with an error...i hit the button too fast to be 100% what it said but something like "POKIEMAGICDD6REELS has caused an error in KERNEL.DLL POKIEMAGICDD6REELS will now close"
ANd it shut down and i lost my $30,000 /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif
(im pretty sure it said kernel.dll not kernel32.dll)

Oh and any thoughts on putting a say 20 second timer on choosing an egg or it will pick one for you?? I ask because i put it on auto play and well its been 2 minutes and the eggs are still rolling across waiting for me to pick one /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3rofl3.gif

Ann, I already asked about a timer, there is one in the works...but Admin is already up to his armpits with stuff, apparently, so we may have to be patient

Oh, mine sat there spinning the eggs across the screen for over an hour...I had work to do and it just sat there.

I got to the fourth stage in dino 6 reel and no eggs came up i had 10 eggs within the spin but the game just cut out on me - why

Admin just letting you know im still have those errors that i posted a few posts up. And also the help file hasnt been updated for this version...where it says how many eggs you need for each level /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

yes i was really p****d off having gotten so close to it - it took me 3 hours to get it then i did not get a chance to pick the eggs.

Hmmmm i thought maybe you mighta had your levels mixed up and therefore didn't have enough eggs.

But seen as you had enough eggs i cant help you on that one, sorry you will have to wait for Admin to get online.
You may just wanna let him know a little more info....like what windows you are running, if the game played as normal after you didn't get any eggs or shutdown etc

I had the same problem as Dionss last night!
But i only got the initial feature up, got more than enough eggs then it just froze on me, music was still playing but no eggs come up for me to pick. Had to manually shut the game down.

I see there is a new update, so will give it a go, hopefully its all fixed /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/13bowdown.gif
