Can you tell me if you do that with the Coral Cash game (i.e. if you buy Golden Dragon you get CC game)?

There are no plans at this time to reintroduce such an offer. It is simply too difficult to monitor what our internet affiliates are doing with the offers and getting them all to update them when we change things is near impossible.
