Looks like another nice day here.. we got to 22 yesterday which is unusual for this time of year so we may be in for a hottie this summer which isnt far away.

Not much on today just a couple of appointments, so no walk this morning,but might don the bikini and head off this arvo:grin:

Les do you mean Yabbies? I love pumping yabbies and useing them for bait, but the little bug*ers hurt when they nip you, I remember one day before I acquired the skill of not getting nipped and one nipped me and I let out a swear word which all the world heard as you know sound crosses water loudly, I was embarrassed I must add. Anyhow they are great bait.:thumb:

Yes pushing prams can work different muscles to normal walking, last year I pushed a pram while running over the gateway bridge, I got 3/4 of the way up and was just about to stop and walk, and a guy took the pram to the top, he must of seen me struggling, was kind of him, never again though.:!!!icon25

I mostly jog, but in between days I walk my dogs. Walking is relaxing.
