:3hello2: all, a quick drop in to say things are heating up at the top end of the country. Got roped into doing the Christmas party at work and couldn't think of an acceptable excuse not to.

Cooking for 40 people this year and they wanted something different. Going the tradition route this year after last years BBQ. Cooking Roast Pork and Beef, marinated chicken legs, leg ham and fresh prawns accompained by Greek Salad, Pear and Walnut Salad, German Potato Salad, Pasta Salad and Coleslaw, dinner rolls and French sticks. (oh and roast chicken for the one person who does not eat ham, pork or seafood and only eats steak not roast beef!!!!)

If you can fit anything else in I'll be whipping up caramel tarts, rum balls, trifle, Christmas Cake and fresh fruit. Hate to say it, but the Christmas cake is bought as I just don't have enough time to make a couple (Mrs Bumpy are you busy:w7:)

For those complaining I'm not doing a cheese platter, remember, I'm on a limited budget and there are only so many hours in the day after work.

Tea coffee and soft drinks supplied but BYO anything else!!!

given up on Russia for the moment and moved back to New York. I have some unfinished business there. I need a few more cell phones that are untraceable. Made one too many phone calls and need replacements.

You're more than welcome to come up for lunch especially if you can whip up something nice for dessert. I'd love a cheesecake and pav, but don't have enough time for them.:smirk:

And I'd really like an energy pack!
