Is there a particular reason (like programming problems) for restricting the game play area to 800 x 600??
I run 1024 x 768 as standard, but expanding the game out to full screen doesn't actually expand the game area, just the background.
Was just wondering... /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Its the screen resolution we run ourselves. If you look elsewhere on this board, we posted an update on Pokie Magic II, which supports scalable graphics to run on most higher resolutions.
The downside....the download size of each game roughly doubles.

Ouch and other such comments.
Fair enough. I could handle large downloads...it isn't like I had anything else to do at work... *grin*

Large downloads concern a reasonable number of users.......oh we have such plans for the next generation of our products. Plans I tell you. Oh good plans.

Its not just about new games at the moment, its about improved game engines, and ohhhh its so hard not to tell.
Who knows, when we release it all, it may seem boring. We hope not /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

This laptop operates at such a high temperature that it has cracked the wooden table it sits on. So its more of a case of keeping the laptop OFF my lap /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
And yes we do monitor traffic to the web board and site in general, and the competition (overseas) do pop in from time to time.
But its SO hard not to tell! /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shh.gif

Best buy some new mothballs from http://www.mothballs.com because you will need to keep them stored for a couple months yet (unless we get time off work).
I really hope thats not a porn site. /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nut.gif

Absolutely. But then being that you work for the Gov't, maybe you have a uniform (get down blood pressure) to wear???

My dad works like that!! He is virtually doing his old job for more pay plus he got his payout and super!!
I must admit he worked horrendous hours recently - about 70 in one week!! However, no nights.
He is going to Guam next week - for two weeks - and the Gov't have made him have a dentist check-up before going? What is that supposed to do - save someone needing a filling whilst they are away for TWO weeks??!!???

The mind boggles at that one. They DO have dentists in Guam after all...

It seems a huge waste of money!! I get quite "soap boxy" about certain events!!

It is a precaution. Certain parts of the world have sub-standard dentistry....Guam is possibly one of these.
If your dad were to have a problem with his teeth, it is possible that he could sue the government if it were incorrectly treated.
Additionally, there ARE diseases that can enter the system via cavities. Again, although I dont know for sure, it is possible that Guam is one of these places.

You wouldn't think that going to an American Airforce Base that THEY would have sub-standard dentistry.
However, I take your point.
Just seems that the everyday person has to wait years on the public list (pay buckets of money to the private dentist) and these guys come along and get "free" dentistry. He isn't going to "fight" just relieve staff that have been working since the war started.
I do hope he comes back with the great presents though - would like some more outdoor pots like he bought in Malaysia - hope he can get some to match!! /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hurray.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hurray.gif /webboard/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hurray.gif
