We have made some minor changes to the highscores rankings displays.

The amount bet is no longer shown, as 98.89% of scores were won betting the same amount - 500. It also leaves more room for displaying text at lower screen resolutions.

Individual player rankings now have #1 rankings highlighted.

The credits won listing on the main highscores page is now comma separated for easier comprehension.

If there are any objections, please advise.

Another minor change to the highscores: the last ten scores posted from any game are now shown on the main page
