Winning virtual credits in Pokie Magic is no fun unless you have some means to blow the lot. Welcome to the wonderful world of doubleup. The idea is simple - to increase your win using your own luck.

When can you double up?
You can double up after any win, including a feature win. When your spin has completed and you are ready to double up, press "Double Up" or "Gamble" (depending on your game version) at the bottom of the screen. A new screen will appear which looks like this in any version 17 game:

To double your win you can click on the red or black squares at the left of the double up screen. If you choose the correct colour you instantly double your win. If you choose incorrectly you lose your win and return to normal play.

To quadruple your win, you can click on the suits at the right side of the double up screen (Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades). If you choose correctly, your instantly quadruple your win. If your choose incorrectly you lose your win and return to normal play. You can double using the red black system as long as you keep winning the doubles.

For any wins doubled using red black - the first double only will count towards your online highscores (version 17.7 games and later). Doubleup does look different in some games, but gameplay is the same.

Roulette Doubleup

Selected version 17.2 and higher games have the Roulette double up, which looks like or similar to this:

Roulette double up works pretty much like normal roulette. The bets available are:

- Red or Black - double your win.
- Odd or Even - double your win.
- 1 to 18 - double your win.
- 19 to 36 - double your win.
- 1st 12 - triple your win.
- 2nd 12 - triple your win.
- 3rd 12 - triple your win.

You can also bet directly on the number of your choice to win 35 times your original win.

To place a bet, simply click on the bet area on the roulette table you wish to bet on. No second chances - the wheel starts to spin as soon as you select your bet.

You can use the roulette table only once per win - but any increase in win on the roulette table is allowed to contribute to your online highscores. Roulette is for the big players, who really like to win. Roulette does look different in some games, but the gameplay is the same.

Automatic doubleup.
If you move your mouse to the far right of the game screen an options panel will pop out - from this panel you can set up an automatic selection of doubleup or roulette. After any feature your game will then automatically select the doubleup option you have chosen to try and increase your feature win. Note - roulette settings override red/black doubleup settings. If you have chosen a roulette number on this panel, your red/black doubleup selection is ignored.
