I have a problem with a game, what should I do? The first thing to do is search the forums here. Often other users will have come across your problem before and a simple search will find a result.

If you are unable to find a solution, please email support. Registered users take priority in support responses.
Do the games have help files? Yes, each game comes with its own set of help files. From the "Help" menu in each game, simply click on "Game Help".

You can also see a list of available games and select a game to view further information about it.

Downloading games

Where can I download the games? Visit the Pokie Magic downloads page - from which you can download any game.
My download doesn't finish, what should I do? If you are using a dialup connection to the internet or if you are experiencing general difficulty completing a download, please use a download accelerator.
I downloaded the game but it keeps asking for Disk Two, what should I do? Your download did not finish and you will need to redownload the game in question. Before re-downloading you must clear your internet cache. Follow the instructions below to clear your internet cache:

If you use Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Select Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files
5. When prompted, check the box to delete all offline content and click OK
6. Click OK.
7. Redownload the game.
