of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs,
animations, video, audio, music, text), and any copies of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Pokie Magic or its suppliers. The
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
treaty provisions.
THE PROGRAMS CONTAINED IN THIS FILE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

If your licence is terminated for any reason you must immediately
remove this software from your computer(s). Your registration code
will be permanently deactivated. You must uninstall this software if

Access to the Highscores web rankings and other online functions is
at the discretion of Pokie Magic and is not automatically conferred
upon registered users and is not available to unregistered users at
any time. Pokie Magic reserves the right to withdraw any and all
such services to any user without notice.
By installing this software, You agree to these TERMS and
CONDITIONS. If you do not agree to any of these conditions you must
cancel the installation immediately.
Online product activation and highscores or jackpot data
transmission may send hardware data and or Windows environment and
other specific computer data to our servers. By
